Try again making sure that the range SIZE is the same like '=SUMPRODUCT((G3:J3=H3)*(A4:A7=2))

I want to use date, team name, designation as base while calculating present of members. I could not use date as one of the criteria (it being on horizontal line)...I want to give this file to my HR team tomorrow so that make their task easy. Please help.
