The shape is simply from the forms. You could even use a .jpg or whatever. I
will look forward to seeing you final.

Thanks Sir, for your prompt reply.
Can you please tell me how you have created the button/shape ?
I will be back to you after completing whole macro.

  1. You would want a macro to export the master sheet data to the next
available row in the db. A button/shape when filled in.
  2. Another macro to import db data back to master.
  See attached
A note to all. When attaching files please give your name and meaningful name
such as attached. You may rename when final.

Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ How to create Form for storing data

  Dear Friends,

I am Tax Practitioner. I have to calculate tax to be payable by each
Salaried employees (say 200 in numbers), format of Computation of Tax Liability
is in attached file (Sheet name "Master"). For calculating 200 employees tax
liability I have to always create new sheet (By pressing Common Button at J1).

  My query is

  01. When I entered data in Master Sheet, it should be stored in next Data
Sheet.
Field name and Data from where (Cell reference) to be captured is given in
attached file.
  02. Data can be retrieved by selecting "EM Code" given at cell A1. eg.There
are 200 employees, I want to see calculation of EM 85, when I select EM85 from
Master Sheet, all relevant data should re-appear in Master sheet from Data
Sheet.

  Please guide
  Regards
