• Leading Delhi/NCR

GSM/CDMA Caf management (Caf Pickup, , Customer entries, Scanning,
Warehousing, VTM audits),

o Service Provisioning and Activation for prepaid and postpaid customer,

o AV/CV for Prepaid, Postpaid & PCO Customer,

o Managing VAS services for new/existing Customer,

o Credit verification for new housing loan customers.

• Managing a team of 400+ people with 7 Process Leads and 23 Team leaders
involved in different process operating 24*7.

• Lead project scheduling and plan resource allocation for new client
implementation

• Lead Circle Employee Engagement Initiatives e.g. New Hire Orientation;
database for effective performance management, fun at work initiatives.

• Oversee all aspects of project implementation and management at site

• Provide team leadership and training as required to meet internal and
client needs

• Manage implementation of new customer accounts

• Manage implementation of projects for existing customer accounts

• Act as liaison between team and clients and provide project updates to
clients and internal team

• Ensure all company site activities comply with contract requirements and
schedule

• Update transition plan and project plan

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-specific documentation

• Perform problem analysis by investigating the root causes, summarizing
findings for internal and external use and determining corrective actions
to resolve them

• Set out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a
high-quality Client experience while adhering to the SLAs.

• Perform goal setting, regular performance review & feedback. Conduct
Fortnightly/Monthly performance review. Discuss Individual Development Plan.

• Prepare & present various weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to
process / productivity.

• Making & Publishing Pan India Ops & Sales MIS for the Top Management with
the coordination of circle state head.

• Making and presenting Monthly review for Circle operation; P&L, Client
satisfaction performance to upper management.

Client/Business Management:

• Ensuring continuous interaction with the Client to make sure that area of
concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.

• Analysis of client’s requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable
solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis.

• Achieve targets by managing existing business revenues and generate new
Client acquisitions.

• Co-ordinate with Sales team for new product or process launch.

• Responsible for providing analytical insights important for
decision-making on Pricing of new Business.

• Maintain & Monitor the MPL: Master Price list for products with specifics
of each line item.

• Acquisition and existing client review meetings.

• Ensuring timely execution of Client agreements.

• Responsible for Invoicing and billing for the Clients/vendors.

• Managing Collections for entire Delhi/NCR and UP-West Circle.

• Raising credit notes and resolving invoice related queries raised by the
client.

• Branch profitability, Branch costing and provisions.
