Use Advanced Filter.

In Sheet2, insert 3 blank rows above the heading, then use this formula in 
A2

=ISNA(MATCH($A5,Sheet1!$A:$A,0))

Then select Sheet2 data, use Advanced Filter.

In Advanced Filter,

Select Copy to another location

List Range: Select Sheet2 data.
Criteria Range: Select A1:A2
Copy To: Select a cell where do you need the result.

If you need unique list, tick Unique Records Only.

Click OK
