Ok, I figured out how to set it to a blank line by changing the first value in the CHOOSE function to "" instead of A7. I would still really like a plain text explanation of the formula for my own education. I think I have a basic understanding of it, but I doubt I could recreate this, or intelligently reuse any of the logic.
