Another way without the need for the start/stop column. ARRAY formula entered
with ctrl+shift+enter
=MIN(IF(($A$2:$A$5000=$H$11)*($B$2:$B$5000=H$13),$C$2:$C$5000))
=Max(IF(($A$2:$A$5000=$H$11)*($B$2:$B$5000=H$13),$C$2:$C$5000))
