Hi Experts, Can a vba code/macro be created/ is available in case one needs to do the audit on the directory/sub-folders/files and get the output of the same in excel sheet with exact name of the file(s) with extension, its location(kind of hyper linked to the files)? And it should ask you what kind of files(.extensions) you are looking for kind of thing? I am looking for file extensions - basically all MS office files, .mp3, .avi, .txt, .pdfs. And also by any chance if you can re-name these file names in the excel sheet and file's name automatically gets updated at its source.
