Thanks for the time.  However, it's not quite what I was looking for.

I am trying to design a user form that basically interviews the user.  The 
first question will be "What manufacturer"?  (Instead of a list box, I think 
a combo box is actually better).  There are at least 5 different choices 
here (your example works fine with two manufacturers, but gets kind of large 
with more than that).  Then the second question will be "What Product"--BUT 
the choices available depend upon the answer to the first question. 

I think I could adapt your example to fit my needs IF I wasn't using VBA 
code to create the combo boxes. I have named lists that match each selection 
possible in question one--I just don't know how to use formulas, etc. to 
make them work together in a user form.

Thanks again for your help.  I always learn something from other people's 
work.
