RItesh,
I think you are very new to excel.. Press ALT + T M R to start Recording A
Dialogue Box will open and Ask For Macro Name and ShortCut Key what you want
to assign for that with the location where you want to store that Macro.. If
you select Personal Macro Workbook .. that macro will be available for Whole
Excel Application.. after Click Ok Your Macro Recording will be Start .. and
Again Press to Stop Recording . In Between this Duration all work what you
will do on Excel Sheet will be Recorded as a Code , if you want to See that
codes Prest ALT+F11 and Go to Module, You will see all step what you have
done in the form of Codes,

I think Macro Recording is the First step to Learn VBA, You will See many
Object ,Property and Method , How they works and when you will learn how VBA
works.. you will be able to manipulate the Object of Excel,

Happy Learning..

Rajan.
