Hi Mahesh,

firslty thanks for your great favour it is working fine but some times it
happen to ask the path2 name

i created one folder with dump and created one sub folder as  Working

then i placed the Before After Entry sheets dump.xls , Global Company Code
List .xls in both dump folder and subfolder also.

Apart from this macro is working fine. one small modification as u told
region is already in sheet so need to pull from global company code, i tried
removing vlookup code for region but it is not working can u plz help in
this concern.
