Hi mahesh, in a simple manner u have given instruction to macro to del column which contains "na" value in any columns right but i want that instead of specific value bifercation i want that entire column should be their rest columns to be deleted
for eg. If if u select process 5 or emp name e i only want test1,test2 and test3 columns nad rest 2 columns need to del. And so on... I just want that macro should give me output based on columns specification and not based on specific value i hope i have given proper explanation pls revert with solution On 2/20/11, Mahesh parab <mahes...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi Maulik > > find attach, for test columns u r using Pass or NA values if u want to > retain specific column use another value or string other then "NA" > i didnt get " i want the specific cloumns based on Process name becasue > sometime it happens that in required columns " > as far as New workboooks in output folder are concern reflecting same > columns as mention by u > > On Sun, Feb 20, 2011 at 12:27 PM, maulik desai > <mauliksde...@gmail.com>wrote: > >> One more thing i have noticed that macro delete the complete Column >> contains "NA" value from the sheet but as i have mentioned on my prev mail >> that i want the specific cloumns based on Process name becasue sometime it >> happens that in required columns we have to enter "NA" so in that case >> macro >> will del that column which is not reqired >> >> Once again i am provide you the same info for your ref kindly give the >> below condition to maco to be saved in output folder >> >> Prcoess Name - Test columns wanted in diff sheets are >> Process 1- Test1 & 2 >> Process 2-Test 3,4,5 >> Process 3-Test 1&3,5 >> Process 4-Test1 & 2 >> Process 5 -Test1, 2,3 >> I just want that above columns(whatever the value in that) to be saved >> with >> other details except " sheet Name should Be" column in outout folder . >> >> Thanks in advance. >> >> On Sun, Feb 20, 2011 at 12:13 PM, maulik desai >> <mauliksde...@gmail.com>wrote: >> >>> Hi Mahesh, >>> >>> Thanks for the lovely Solution but 2 minor modification i wanted from you >>> >>> 1.
