Ashish, Thanks for your help, that works just fine.
If I was to take that a step further, how would I amend the code so that the copy range stepped 200 to the right, regardless of how many rows I highlighted ie sometimes I'll copy one row, somestimes it may be 2,3..4 rows. I can do it one at a time but if I can copy in one go, even better.
