I tried to log into the group and see if this question has been addressed,
but the Discussions are temporarily unavailable.
So.. I'm sorry if this has been answered.

If this is as simple as you say..
Simply select the column data, and copy to the Clipboard (ctrl-C)
Go to the destination sheet (Sheet4), select a location, right-click
and select Paste Special.
On the panel, click the "transpose" checkbox.

this will paste the data in the columns as per our example.

If you wish to do this often, then record a macro and modify it to 
fit your needs.
