Hi,

You can use the Microsoft progress bar component presents in the
controls tools box.
Set the min and max values in its properties then, during your
treatment (vba), modify its value to represent the correct progress of
your work.

Personally, I prefer modifying the status bar in my treatment with
something like that :
Application.StatusBar = "Updating... " & valPercent & "% " &
Application.Rept(Chr(1), valPercent \ 10)
It sets 0 to 10 special characters in my status bar and a progression
in percentage.
With this solution, you can have information even if your vba
treatment uses Application.ScreenUpdating = False
At the end, use Application.StatusBar = False to reset your status
bar.
