Hi Priya, dats easy thing. jus copy paste the no.s in anothr sheet, apply remove duplicates. then apply filter in main sheet using those unique values. copy paste the filtered data as u want column by column. u can develop macro for these steps. wanted to develop macro for u but i m geting bored so i thought of giving u steps only. i m sure smbody frm our group can give u complete macro. but its beter if u urself can develop it. its really fun.
