Hi Vilas, Suppose you have a folder containing some macro files and you want users to have a shortcut of the same in their respective desktops, then you can put the same in some shared drive and send the shortcut of the same to every user which they can store in their respective desktop. Alternatively, you can also ask Admin to post the same shortcut at following path of every system:-
