Yes, there is. I did it in the Sample I am returning to you, but I would
strongly recommend other simpler ways to do it.

The point is that up to Excel-07, microsoft has not implemented any default
functions that deals with cells background colors (if I am wrong, somebody
tells me), so you would have to use a macro solution.

Because I think that macros should be used to make things simpler, and not
more complicated, I would suggest you to use an auxiliary row under the
"in/out", with the letters "Y/G/V", and them simply use a =countif()
function on the row. The result should be the same.

However, if this sample is part of a much bigger worksheet, and it's
impracticable to do it manually, I think it's OK to use the code I am
sending. The instructions are on the sheet, and some explanations on the
code.
