Hi all!

The company I work for has an online filing system that allows clients
to submit information in an excel spread sheet with advanced meta data
in the formatting of each cell (including the cell name), which is
then processed and converted to XBRL. We are having a problem because
the users are able to cut and paste cells. When they cut and paste a
cell, it copies the meta data and messes up the processing. I was
wondering if there was a way to lock down the cells to stop users from
cutting the meta data and ONLY cut (or copy) the cell values. I have
seen a macro to disable cut and paste, which should work, but I wanted
to know if there are any other options.

Thanks for the help!
