Hi Deepak,

Not quite sure what's wrong, but some of the data in Col C has a double // 
between the year and month. Also, it's coming up on my system as Month, Day, 
Year, which means XL doesn't recognise it as a Date. (If it did, it would 
display it according my local settings, Day, Month, Year). A macro could be 
written to change it to Date, if that's what you need.

Hi all
 
My problem is, there is a field Date i want to change the format of all the 
dates.
I used alt+shift+# but all dates are not changing then i tried to value them 
but the problem remains same.
file is attached.
Could u pls tell the exect problem with the data.
