Hi Deepak, Not quite sure what's wrong, but some of the data in Col C has a double // between the year and month. Also, it's coming up on my system as Month, Day, Year, which means XL doesn't recognise it as a Date. (If it did, it would display it according my local settings, Day, Month, Year). A macro could be written to change it to Date, if that's what you need.
