Keep in mind that we are not "moderators". We are "contributors". The moderators ensure that the contributors follow the guidelines for the group, and violators (like sending spam, or insulting) are banned from the group.
In my own personal opinion, this is NOT the group for posting job openings. It is for people to ask for assistance with their own VBA projects. I'm sure if there is enough interest, someone can start a DIFFERENT group for job postings, but from my perspective, I joined this group to receive and provide assitance with VBA problems. I already get 50 or more emails per day from the different User Groups I've joined. I'm not interested in seeing emails between people that are job hunting. I've turned my email notifications off for one group I am in, because I was receiving too many "social commentaries", motivational quotations and actually some blatant support for copyright violations. I still may look in that group if I'm looking for something specific, but I almost never CONTRIBUTE because I'm not getting the emails as a question is posted. As I said, I am not one of the "moderators". They may choose to support including job searches...
