Hi: I need help on a macro that will loop thru a column in a spreadsheet with inventory data, compare each lot number on this column with the lot numbers in the other spreadsheet until a match is found. Once a match is found it will replace 3 parameters (2 dates and a status) on the first sheet with the correct data on the same row where the match lot was found. A match will always take place since the first sheet contains available inventory and the second contains all lots information(shipped and available).
I have tried many things and will continue to do so until I get this done. I bought a book to learn about VBA, because it seems the best way to take care of this but I continue the get stuck on things that based on what I learned so far do not make sense to get stuck.
