Dear All,

A clock indicating the current time is usually displayed in the task
bar of the PC.
One can hide the clock in the task bar if needed. However, hiding the clock does
not mean closing the clock itself. The clock actually runs in the background.
A computer has two clocks; a software clock and a hardware clock.
Follow the steps below to turn off both clocks in your computer.

Step
1Turn off your computer to turn the software clock off. The clock
turns ON when you turn ON your computer.

Step
2To stop the hardware PC clock, open the CPU panel and remove the CMOS
battery on the motherboard. CMOS battery is a coin-like silver colored
battery.

Step
3Replace a drained CMOS battery back in the motherboard and close the
CPU panel. Start your desktop again and log in.

Step
4Right-click the clock in "Taskbar" and click "Properties." Un-check
the "Clock" option in the "Notification Area" tab and click "Apply"
and "OK."

Step
5Restart the desktop once more if prompted to restart.

This method is used for accessing trial version software for long time.
But it is not a good idea,I am sharing information because of Question
poped in group.

Hope it Will Help
Happy to Help
