Hi Ayush, Looking at Sudhir's idea, i think it would be great to consolidate all the tips and tricks. But, i also buy in your point, that it would be difficult to keep the file updated.
I have a suggestion, Would it be possible for you or the members of the group to follow a pattern for forwarding their "Tips and Tricks". Example: We can make a common subject line "Tip:" or "Daily Tip" and following this we can write the tip that the user wants to share with the group. Eg: "Tip: How to use excel" or "Daily Tip: How to use excel" This will help the group in two ways: 1) Group members receive a each new tip as a new email 2) Specially those who wish to receive, a summary of emails at the end of the day, they would come to know through the summary, how many tips were floated in a day 3) It will be easy to track a new tip, because, otherwise, if everybody keeps replying to the same subject line, it would be a long list of chain mails, and this will make it difficult for the user to understand, which tip he has read and which is a new one to read. I hope i was able to put my point forward Harry -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some important links for excel users: 1.
