We had very few. The biggest was that they dropped "FileSearch". which is used to search the filesystem for files matching specific criteria. Instead, we had to write our own version of FileSearch using the Filesystem object and the Folders and Files collections.
other than that, and the fact that all custom toolbars are now in the "add-ins" tab, it's been fairly simple. Oh yeah, if the macro runs very long, and you choose to "surf-the-net" while it runs, Excel goes to "background priority", so the macro runs even longer. Using a great deal of help from groups like this, I utilized a startup macro that "sets" the priority to "high". are you MORE worried now? or less? lol Paul ________________________________ From: TerryP <webtour...@gmail.com> To: MS EXCEL AND VBA MACROS <excel-macros@googlegroups.com> Sent: Fri, March 12, 2010 11:14:02 AM Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ XLS 2003 to 2007 Concerns We're finaly going to Office 2007 VBA code-wise, what issues we may have ? thanks -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some important links for excel users: 1.
