I tried your solution, it works to some extent, but it doesnt work if
the date and time in B1, is more by 24 hours.

Can you check on my behalf:

1) 11/12/2009 09:00 and 11/12/2009 10:00
2) 11/12/2009 09:00 and 11/12/2009 14:00
3) 11/12/2009 09:00 and 12/12/2009 09:00
The first date goes into cell A1 and the second goes in to cell B1,
and C1 calculates a difference.
Point 1) should give 1hour as the output in cell C1
Point 2) Should give 05hours as the output in cell C1
Point 3) Should give 24 hours as the output in cell C1

Please advise
