Dear All, i am also using this type of excel sheet in network mode. but i am facing one problem like i have one excel sheet , i protected whole sheet except two columns.
Can u please advice how can i give user lever editing right to work e.g. one user have only right to open file and second user have to work in Column 2 & 4 and third user have right to work in column 6 & 7 One thing more i had protected my sheet with password. but when i have to change or update in my excel sheet on cells which are totally protected , i have to unprotect sheet and i can make those changes which i needed, but my problem is not unprotect the sheet , my problem is :- if i forget to protect my sheet with password any one can make changes is that sheet. is there any alternate , when i close my sheet and next time when any one open that sheet still need password to make changes in that. Dear Experts please advice.
