Dear Yasir Shahjee, As for instance, 01-Mar-2010 is in Cell D3, Time '20:00 Hrs' in Cell E3, 02-Mar-2010 in F3 Cell, Time '08:00 HRs' in G3, Then Put a simple formula: (G3-E3)+(F3-D3).
