Dear Yasir Shahjee,
 
As for instance, 01-Mar-2010 is in Cell D3, Time '20:00 Hrs' in Cell E3, 
02-Mar-2010 in F3 Cell, Time '08:00 HRs' in G3, Then Put a simple formula: 
(G3-E3)+(F3-D3).
 
Select the time format from Cell Properties Option and there you go.
 
This should solve your querry. if not, do report us back,.

how are you all? Dear i have no problem when i calculate over time sheet, but 
whenever i want to calculate night shift over time hours i have problem.


for example i used simple formula  in - out = total hours


but when day change for example


01 - 03 -2010


In (01-March)                       Out (2nd march)


20:00                                     08:00


so how we found result?
