Hi Abhishek,

Did you try giving the complete path to the cell references directly?
like  ='C:\DOCUME~1\PKARAN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\notes327EC1\[Training
curriculum.xls]Sheet3'!$A$82

You can give the complete pathto the location of your masterfile directly.
Let me know if this works.
