Dear Excel Experts I have a workbook named Sales. In which I have 6 to 7 worksheets regarding sales. I am giving its detail below
Sheet1: This is master sheet where I enter all the data or daily data entry is made here. S# Name of Customer Name of City Quantity Name of Salesman 1 Sky Communication Karachi 15 mobiles Ahmed 2 Expert Communication Hyderabad 20 mobiles Muhammad 3 Sky Communication Karachi 30 mobiles Rafique 4. Expert Communication Hyderabad 15 mobiles Ahmed 5. 6. and so on In this way I make daily data entry Sheet1. • Now what I did to get customer wise data I linked Sheet2 with the name “Sky Communication” and applied filter for Sky Communication. • In the same way I linked another worksheet Sheet3 with the name of “Ahmed” to get sales data for Ahmed. • Now problem is that every time when I update Sheet1 which is master sheet I have to manually apply filter each time to get latest data for each customer and salesman. • So, is there any way in excel how can I get data customer wise and Salesman wise automatically when I update master sheet1. I have just tried to explain my problem above if it is making some confusion please ask me for more clarification. Thanking you in advance to solve my problem. Muhammad Rafique Ujjan
