Hi Ramesh,
Access already allows multiple users to work on data simultaneously. You don't
have to do anything special to make this happen. The only limitation is that
only one user can make changes to the design of the database at any one time,
but as to data entry and general use, it's open to all!

I don't think this is possible in XL. It is standard procedure in Access. Can
you use that instead?
