Thanks for response. But it is not working for me. You have put one word in one cell. But my file has hundered even thousands words in each Cell separated by commas. Each row contains thousands of words and phrases separated by Comma. As you can see from example, my data has soo many words and phrases separated by comma in each row of two colomn A and B. i Need to copy data of both colomns of one file to another file if any word matches in COL B.
