Dear Abhishek, Another way could be Sub-total feature of Excel, but again for that you have to play with source data - (sorting, arranging etc.) I believe Pivot Table is best for this query. Try and learn pivots as it is a very powerful feature of MS Excel.and this will benefit you in future as well.
