If i understand this correctly you want to move just the files from E drive to the same folder name in D:
for eg: you have a folder named ABCD in e drive as well as in d drive but file name XYZ is in D drive and UVW is in e drive so you want to move UVW to folder named ABCD in D drive. THis can be achieved by creating a batch file. Firstslty you will have to create a list of all the file names put it in a spreadhseet. and then follow the below instructions: in excel type copy in "A" column and "B" coulmn type the file names with extension (for eg.xls) and in 3rd column type where you need to place the files. i.e. d:\ABCD respectively against each file name. copy the three coulmns paste it in edit+ and then do ctrl"H" and replace all tabs with "space" save the file as ".bat" then move the ".bat" file to the folder where all the files are there and then doublke clikc on it. and then exit and you will see all the files in the respective folder. Let us know if you face any issues with this.
