Hi Om, Have a look at the attached. It uses a macro to sum your column, based on the 2 different formats you've used. I don't know how to do this with worksheet functions, but we could add an event macro that re-sums every time there is a change in the data, if you need. Or you can just do it manually with the button. Regards - Dave.
