Dear Steve, you can fill all the balnks with space. in order to do the same 1. select your range 2. press F5, 3. then clicke on special button 4. select blanks 5. press ok.
this will select all the balnk cell in the range. then fill those balnk with space (all together by pressing ALTt+Enter) . I hope this will help you.... Regards, Kapil.
