What you're seeing is not a "module", it is a VB Project. Since you don't see an open spreadsheet, the workbook is hidden. It may be an add-in. Based on the name, my guess is that it is a custom toolbar.
What version of Excel are you using? someone here may be able to help you remove it.. if you actually WANT to... perhaps you're using a custom toolbar? If so, this VB Project is the code that makes it work!
