1. Go to this link:- http://www.meadinkent.co.uk/excel-color-calcs.htm Now using help given there, you can insert a new column and then you can filter out the colored cells based on this column. 2. Go to this group web discussion page and try looking some older post(s), I believe some members have given solutions to this type of query in the past one month or so.
