Hi Pooja, One reason could be whenever you enter time using key combination ( *Ctrl + Shift + ;* ), the system time gets entered with hours and minutes only AND it skips the second. If you want to enter hours, minutes and seconds, then try using :- =NOW() and format the cell as HH:MM:SS. You can assign this to any button with VBA - macro code at backend.
