Hi Karthikeyan, You need to clean up the data before preparing Pivot Table. If the data set is going to be similar in future as well, then I would suggest to use VBA macro code. If the data is differrent always or is extracted using different columns and rows then you might want to do the data cleaning / trimming manually. After data clensing, pivot table can be made.
