It doesn't matter which module you put a macro in.
You can have 10 macros in a single module or 10 macros in 10 modules.
You can even name the modules things like "Mod_Save", "Mod_Open", etc.
Excel knows where they are.  that also means that you can't use the
same
sub name in a different module
(you can't have "Sub Testing ()" in Module1 and Module2)

Having said that, you can put macros in a SHEET module
(where the VBA Project Explorer has Sheet1(sheetname), Sheet2
(sheetname))
Macros written here are essentially "private" macros and cannot be
used
outside of the macros for this sheet.
