I don't know what this type of chart this would be called and I was not able to find it in the chart selections in Excel. But I want to create a chart with the following criteria.
1. Percentages from 0% to 100% along the left side of the chart 2. A bar from 25% to 75%. This is the hit area. 3. A horizontal line marking the actual value. For example, the bar will remain fixed from 25% to 75%. The horizontal line would represent any value between 0% to 100%.
