The simplest solution to this is to define names for your target cells. This is how you do that, e.g. for 'Ann': highlight the cell Ann in your Master sheet and then select Insert | Name | Define; the name for this cell automatically defaults to 'Ann' which is probably what you want; now go to the sheet you want to link to the cell 'Ann' and when editing the hyperlink select 'Ann' from the list of 'Defined Names'.
