Once you include add a reference to the Microsoft Outlook library to
your VBA project (using Tools | References in VBE), you can send
messages with code like this:

Sub SendMail()
    Dim objOut As Outlook.Application
    Dim objMail As Outlook.MailItem
    Dim strTo As String
    Dim strCC As String
    Dim strSubject As String
    Dim strBody As String

    Dim firstTo As String, secondTo As String
    firstTo = "johnsm...@usa.com"
    secondTo = "john...@usa.com"

    Dim firstCC As String, secondCC As String
    firstCC = "johnad...@usa.com"
    secondCC = "jimsm...@usa.com"

    On Error Resume Next

    Application.DisplayAlerts = False

    Set objOut = New Outlook.Application
    Set objMail = objOut.CreateItem(olMailItem)
    strTo = firstTo & ";" & secondTo
    strCC = firstCC & ";" & secondCC
    strSubject = "Test"

    strBody = "Your call"
    strBody = strBody & vbCrLf & "Second line"
    strBody = strBody & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "Best regards"

    With objMail
        .To = strTo
        .CC = strCC
        .Body = strBody
        .Subject = strSubject
        .Send
    End With

    Set objOut = Nothing
    Application.DisplayAlerts = True

End Sub

You can of course modify this code to read the e-mail addresses from
cells in your workbook.

Hope this helped,
Rolf
