Hi,

I have a custom chart that I am manipulating. It is badly laid out so
setsourcedata is not possible (within my expertise).

I have code hiding blank columns in the source data, but there is one
column providing y values for the entire chart, so it can't be hidden.
This seems to be leaving empty series on the chart. I therefore need
code to delete series in which the name is blank from the chart so
they won't show in the legend or on the chart.

Hiding them would be even better, but seems less feasible.

If helpful, I could name all the blank series with some specific name.
Also they could be deleted based on having all blank x values, if this
is easier than name.

I would really appreciate any help with this, becasue at the moment I
am having to delete individual series by hand. 40 per chart, 26
charts, 5 books.

Thanks in advance.

Al
