You could change the formula entirely.
Let's try an array formula...

=IFERROR(OFFSET($F$2;0;MIN(COLUMN(F4:O4)*(IF(F4:O4<>"";1;5000)))-COLUMN(F3)
);"")

in this formula you have in yellow the line you are evaluating (j in your
macro)

green is the first cell with the default values, AR1 in your code

and highlited in blue is the column of the first evaluates column ARj in
your code)...
