I have a worksheet where users log daily
activities. There are three columns where
they need to respond either "Yes" or "No"
to these activities based on a specific question.

For ease of entry I have made a data validation
from a list with either Yes or No as the options for
each cell in the column. If the user answers no
to the questions posed in the 2nd and 3rd column,
then an additional workbook opens where more
data is required.

Management has asked me to further kaizen
this and if in column 1, the user enters "Yes
to all" then they would like columns 2 and
3 to auto populate with "Yes" to save the user
the additional keystrokes. Since columns 2 and
3 are linked to a data validation, I cannot use
an If formula to automatically changes these cells
to "Yes" when the first column is "Yes to all". Can
anyone offer any advice as to how I can achieve the
desired results? Thank you.
