I went on the link below and discovered that some of the controlls on the Froms Toolbar were designed to run on Excel 5.0, not what I have. I wonder why they were included on a version that couldn't use them!.

I am trying to see what I could accomplish if I knew some VBA, I hope my stupid questions are tolerated, I am 72 years old! What I was trying to do was to incorporate a drop-down box in the workbook I was building and didn't realize that what I wanted was was called a "list box", so now I am in business.
