Hello, in Excel 2007 you can define page header rows and page break after subtotal
1. Page header rows Page Layout->Print Titles->Page Setup dialog window tab "Sheet", and select rows in field "Rows to repeat at top: 2. subtotal page break its the dialog window for subtotals Data->Subtotal and in dialog window "Subtotal" check option "Page break between groups" Best regards, Martin Gasparovic On 18.
