Dear Dhananjay, YOu can do a simple change in the formatting of the cells.
Select the table, use custom format and choose General. Paste the following formatting. General;General;_-* "-"??_-;_...@_- Click oK. Now change all - with 0 . you will notice all 0 values will be represented as -. Hope this helps. Attached is the solution. Please let me know if this helps.
