Thanks Dilip, but this is not what I want.

This is the Attached file I want to solve the rank as per the criteria in a 
single cell without using any additional cell as I used Column K values.

Is there is any way to combine and use array values as range in any formula?

This is just a deep step in the excel formulae. 

I explained everything in the file.

    Don't think for a vba solution i know the vba to solve this but i need it 
using excel worksheet functions.
